Royal Mail - Product trials - notification process
Following a consultation on the issue, Postcomm has set out a new approach to pre-notification of trials for new products from Royal Mail in a direction published on 16 August 2007.
The direction aims to ensure there is a pragmatic approach to trials that benefits users of postal services by encouraging innovation without hampering the development of competition in the postal services market.
