Licensing - Mr Aaron Leitner (trading as Post 123)
On 13 March 2008, Postcomm issued a postal operator's licence to Mr Aaron Leitner (trading as Post 123)
Under the new licensing framework that took effect from 1 January 2006 and was amended in January 2008, the licence:
- allows Post 123 to provide all types of postal service;
- is issued for a rolling ten year period; and
- requires Post 123 to comply with codes of practice on mail integrity (safety and security of the mail) and common operational procedures (designed to ensure the multi-operator market works well in practice).
