Licensing - City Link Parcels (trading name of Target Express Parcels)
With effect from 1 July 2007, Target Express changed its trading name from City Link Post to City Link Parcels.
The Target Express Parcels Limited licence (pdf, 295KB) now incorporates the Commission's standard conditions, under the new licensing framework, which took effect from 1 January 2006, when the UK mail market was opened to full competition.
