Licensing - Royale Research Limited (trading as CMS)
The Royale Research Limited licence (pdf, 294KB) now incorporates the Commission's standard conditions, under the new licensing framework, which took effect from 1 January 2006, when the UK mail market opened to full competition.
Royale trades as CMS.
