Licensing - Royal Mail - Special Delivery and Standard Parcels service

In October 2003, Postcomm issued an approval under Royal Mail's licence to enable the company to integrate Special Delivery services into its proposed single daily delivery, and to allow it to withdraw from the service of carrying heavier parcels.
