Licensing - Mr Joseph Dillon (trading as Cycle Link)
On 27 January 2010 , Postcomm granted a postal operator's licence to Mr Joseph Dillon, a sole trader.
The licence:
- allows Mr Dillon, trading as Cycle Link, to provide all types of postal service
- requires him to comply with codes of practice on mail integrity (safety and security of the mail) and common operational procedures (designed to ensure the multi-operator market works well in practice)
- be issued for a rolling ten-year period
