Licensing - Express Limited
In September 2005, Express announced it would withdraw from the postal services market, with effect from 30 November 2005. Express had been granted a long term licence on 23 April 2003, enabling it to: carry bulk mail; provide consolidation services, and provide enhanced document exchange services. (Express can be contacted via their website)
The licence was revoked at Express Limited's request on 25 November 2005.
