Postcomm Open Meeting - After the postal strikes

An open meeting was held in London at which Royal Mail explained its submission to Postcomm requesting that the company is not financially penalised for the poor quality of service experienced by customers during the industrial action in 2007.  The audience also heard perspectives from mail customer representatives.  The day's agenda can be found here (pdf, 22KB).
