Postcomm issues new licence to First Scottish Group Limited

Postcomm has today issued a new licence to First Scottish Group Limited.

The licence takes into account the requirements of the new licensing framework that came into force on 1 January 2006, as amended in January 2008 and further modified in December 2008.
