Postcomm revokes old licences

Postcomm has today revoked licences granted to various postal operators. The revoked licences have already been replaced with new versions, which take into account the new licensing framework introduced on 1 January 2006, when the UK postal services market was opened to full competition.
The revoked licences are:
- Citipost AMP Limited (granted 18 November 2004)
- Deutsche Post Global Mail (UK) Limited (granted 22 March 2004)
- DX Network Services Limited (granted 23 June 2004)
- Intercity Communications Limited (granted 17 August 2005)
- Mail Plus Limited (granted 17 February 2005)
- Racer Consultancy Management Services Ltd (granted 26 May 2005)
- Royale Research Limited (granted 21 October 2005)
- Special Mail Services Limited (granted 24 August 2004)
- Speedmail International Limited (granted 25 July 2002)
- Target Express Parcels Limited (granted 14 October 2005)
- TNT Mail UK Limited (granted 23 December 2002)
- UK Mail Limited (granted 12 June 2003)
