Postcomm publishes proposed licence modifications for Royal Mail

Postcomm has today published proposed licence modifications (pdf, 1059KB) for Royal Mail's 2006 price and service quality control. These are now subject to a statutory notice period, which lasts until 2 May 2006. However Royal Mail will price its products in line with the proposed licence modifications from Monday 3 April 2006.
