Postcomm issues new licence to Deutsche Post Global Mail (UK) Limited

Postcomm has today issued a new licence to Deutsche Post Global Mail (UK) Limited.

This replaces the existing licence and takes into account the requirements of the new licensing framework that came into force on 1 January 2006.
