Postcomm issues a long term licence to Racer

Postcomm today issued a long term licence to Racer Consultancy Management Services Ltd, to provide bulk mail, consolidation and tracked business-to-business services.

Following consultation, Postcomm considers that the services provided by Racer will have no appreciable adverse effect on the provision of a universal service throughout the UK and will further the interests of users by promoting competition between postal operators.
