New licensing consultations II

Postcomm is currently consulting on new long term licences for Special Mail Services and Mail Plus, to incorporate the Commission's standard conditions under the new licensing framework from 2006. Copies of the draft licences can be viewed on the licensing consultation pages for each of these companies. The closing date for responses is 16 December 2005.
