Postcomm is currently consulting on new long term licence for Red Star Parcels Limited, to incorporate the Commission's standard conditions under the new licensing framework from 2006. Copies of the draft licence can be viewed on the licensing consultation page for this company. The closing date for responses is 20 January 2006.
