Postcomm issues a long term licence to Deutsche Post

Postcomm today issued a long term licence to Deutsche Post Global Mail (UK) Ltd to provide bulk mail, consolidation and enhanced document exchange services in the UK.
Deutsche Post currently holds a short-term interim postal licence for similar services. This will be revoked by consent. The new licence will last a minimum of seven years.
