Postcomm consults on licence application from DX (Document Exchange) Ltd

Postcomm today began consultation on the proposed issue of a new long term standard licence to DX (Document Exchange) Ltd.
The licence would enable DX to carry bulk mail and provide consolidation, enhanced document exchange and tracked business-to-business services.

DX (Document Exchange Ltd) will become a subsidiary within the Hays Plc group of companies prior to the grant of any licence. If a new licence is issued, Postcomm would revoke the long term licence held by Hays Commercial Services Ltd.
