Under the licensing arrangements:

• Mr Booth must comply with the Mail Integrity Code and the Common Operational Procedures Code.
• licensed area mail carried by him will, unless exempted, carry a unique mail identification code marking Mr Booth as the licensed operator responsible for carrying it.
