Under the licensing arrangements:
- Cycle 4 U must comply with the Mail Integrity Code and the Common Operational Procedures Code.
- licensed area mail carried by Cycle 4 U will, unless exempted, carry a unique mail identification code marking Cycle 4 U as the licensed operator responsible for carrying it.
