Licensed operators

Postcomm is interested in hearing your views on the mail market and the regulatory regime. If you have issues you would like to discuss with us, or would like a Postcomm representative to visit your offices, please contact us.

The mail market opened to full competition on 1 January 2006, giving licensed operators a new opportunity to give customers the mail services they need and want. But there is a big job to do in letting customers know that they have new choices when it comes to mail services.
