Public register
We are required under section 38 of the Postal Services Act 2000 to compile and maintain a register listing certain of the documents we produce:
- licences;
- modifications to licences;
- revocations or surrenders of licences;
- directions or determinations made under licences;
- consents or approvals given under licences;
- final or provisional orders made or confirmed;
- revocations of final or provision orders;
- impositions of final penalties.
Our Public Register lists all these documents, together with:
- all of our consultation papers;
- responses to consultation papers;
- applications for licences;
- notices of proposals to grant and amend licences;
- guidance and directions issued to Postcomm by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry.
You can use the keys listed on the main menu to find all documents relating to any licensed postal operator. If you would like a full list of all Postcomm documents, please select the "Postcomm" option.
Most of these documents are available in full elsewhere on the website (once you have the name of the document you are looking for, please use the search box at the top right hand corner of the page to find it), or by post from Postcomm (6 Hercules Road, London, SE1 7DB). The content of some documents listed is confidential. If you would like more information on these, or have a problem finding what you are looking for, please contact our web manager (email link).
