William Sprigge is Postcomm's chief legal adviser.
His previous roles include director of legal services for Ofgem, legal adviser to Ofgas, and advisory lawyer in the investigations division of the Department of Trade and Industry (now the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform).
