Tim Brown, chief executive
Tim Brown joined Postcomm in January 2008 as director, market development. Tim led Postcomm's two submissions to the Independent Review of the Postal service and the work on the next regulatory framework.
Before joining Postcomm he was Sales and Marketing Director at DHL Express (UK) and before that held various roles in Royal Mail, including Sales and Marketing Director at Parcelforce Worldwide and, Commercial and Business Strategy Director for Royal Mail Group. Tim joined Royal Mail from KPMG where his work included a review of the future of The Post Office (as was) for the Government. Tim qualified as an accountant with the NAO.
Term of appointment
Tim was appointed to the role of chief executive in September 2008 for four years.
